"Tejada's the kind of guy you want up there with men in scoring position. He's an RBI machine," Cooper said. "They call him 'La Guagua,' because he's 'the bus.' And if you get on base, he's going to drive you in. My daughter said she was going to make a sign and hold it up during the next homestand."

King Ralph For President

First of all, he has the experience. The man dealt with the media pressure, dealt with the spotlight, and sure he was out of his element in England, but now he's on his home turf. And he's already got the ladies department taken care of, so he can really focus on issues like expensive sandwiches and why can't the Marlins keep their good players? Also he wouldn't bog down the state of the union with shout outs. The man knows that a good entrance comes with a short timespan. And once he's president, shit is fixed...he's not going to be waiting for that stripper to become president so he can buddy up with the secret service guys some more. She can't even be president, she was born in England.

Here on the biggest political day since the last one, it feels necessary to bring this one back. This is some early adopter shit right here. And wouldn't you know it the only thing I can think of is hippie crap about living in tempo and believing in yourself.

Two popped collar polo shirts at Dolores Park tennis. Soon to be wearing cut off slacks with strong lines that come to an end. Exasperated.

Legends of an era gone today. Favre v. Sapp was marquee.
